Sebastian Serra, founder & chief executive officer

Sebastian Serra is the Founder & CEO of Sarbari, focused on growing the business, client satisfaction and establishing Sarbari’s web-based software as the restaurant and foodservice industry’s leading solution for businesses needing to improve efficiency, productivity, and provide transparency around pricing, invoices, and order history across every department including management, back-of-the-house staff, and accounting. Sebastian is a successful entrepreneur with over four decades of industry experience and uses that knowledge to consistently improve the products and services provided to Sarbari clients.

After graduating from Northeastern University, Sebastian founded a food distribution company, which grew into one of the largest in the greater Boston area and was eventually sold to a larger competitor. In 2009, Sebastian founded Sarbari, with the goal of helping restaurants and foodservice operators improve business efficiency, increase employee productivity and save money through the use of technology.


Michael Corr, vp, sales & marketing

Mike Corr brings over 15 years of experience in strategic marketing, public relations, and event management with companies like, SunGard K-12 Education (FIS), PPL Corp. and RCN to his role as VP, Sales & Marketing for Sarbari. This experience includes a combination of B2B and B2C marketing, as well as the development of effective co-marketing programs with well-known companies like Autodesk, HBO, IBM,, and Showtime.

Mike’s primary focus with Sarbari includes guiding the company’s overall marketing and sales strategy, managing demand generation programs, and developing strategic partnerships within the restaurant and foodservice industry with organizations like the National Restaurant Association and state-focused restaurant and hospitality associations. Mike graduated from The Pennsylvania State University (@penn_state) with a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications and a Minor in Business.

Nicolo Serra, vp, product & operations

Nicolo Serra is the VP, Product & Operations for Sarbari and has been closely involved in many areas of the organization before focusing on managing the team responsible for onboarding new clients using Sarbari’s web-based software solution.  During his years with Sarbari, Nic has been intimately involved in the back-end design and product development of the software as well as the sales, marketing, and client relations departments.

The primary goal for Nic and his team is to move every new client account forward and help guide them in their transition from “new subscriber” to “live user” of Sarbari’s restaurant purchasing software solution. In addition, Nic works closely with our technical team to identify and drive the development of new features and functionality for the software, as well as gather client feedback and turn that feedback into additional product enhancements.  Nic is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University, where he was a member of the Men’s Lacrosse team and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Business.
